The Urban Living is a modern housing complex with different types of apartments in Hamburg’s Ottensen district – not far from UMCH. The size of the apartments is – depending on the type – between 20 and 43 m². The apartments are all high-class and modernly furnished and equipped with their own kitchen and bathroom. In addition, the majority of the apartments have a balcony or a (roof) terrace. Other advantages of the residence include features such as a smartphone app, regular community events including catering, apartment cleaning and a parcel delivery service. Urban Living also provides for sufficient common areas. For example, you can meet and exchange ideas with your neighbors on a large shared terrace, in the event kitchen, on the sports field or in the facility’s gym.
