UMFST-UMCH strengthens school partnerships in India

The UMFST-UMCH international India tour is currently in full swing, strengthening relationships with leading international schools and educational institutions across India. Through direct school visits, student meetings and counsellor exchanges, UMFST–UMCH continues to expand its presence in one of the world’s most dynamic education markets.

As part of the tour, UMFST-UMCH representative Shadi Heidarlou visited the American Embassy School New Delhi for an in-depth exchange with the school’s Counsellor Team. Discussions focused on international medical education opportunities, studying medicine in Germany and future pathways for globally minded students interested in pursuing careers in healthcare, in alignment with international academic standards and the framework of the National Medical Commission.

Another important stop on the tour was a visit to Amratpal A Vision, where students and counsellors engaged in interactive discussions about international university pathways and medical studies in Europe. During the visit, students had the opportunity to ask questions directly, gain valuable insights into studying medicine abroad and learn more about career opportunities after graduation. A special highlight of the visit was the recording of a joint podcast discussing education, student success and international career opportunities in medicine.

UMFST-UMCH offers a six-year English-language medical program in Hamburg, Germany, designed to prepare students for international medical careers. Combining academic excellence, clinical training and hands-on experience in more than 30 partner hospitals across Germany and Europe, the university provides students with a future-oriented medical education in a highly international environment.

The India outreach tour includes visits to prestigious schools, educational consultants and academic institutions across multiple cities. The initiative aims to connect directly with prospective students and strengthen long-term partnerships with schools and counsellor networks throughout India.
