Transfer into a higher semester
At UMFST-UMCH, you have the opportunity to seamlessly continue your studies and enter a higher semester, which is individually reviewed and optimally aligned with your previous academic progress. Your completed coursework and ECTS credits will be carefully reviewed and recognised wherever possible to ease your transition.
Our goal is to make your transfer as efficient as possible – ideally without any loss of time.

Answer the questions in the form step by step and upload your documents directly online.
The required documents include:
- Academic records (Transcript of Records)
- Module descriptions
- Proof of enrolment
This enables a fast and precise review of your previous academic achievements.
A one-time application fee of 595 € applies for processing your application. This is to be paid as part of the application process.
Individual review & placement
We examine in detail which of your achievements can be recognised and which semester you may enter.
If your previous academic achievements are positively assessed, your English skills will be reviewed in a motivation-based interview. This conversation also serves as an admission test.
The interview is conducted in English and gives you the opportunity to introduce yourself personally.
