About the Municipal Hospital Eisenhüttenstadt

The Municipal Hospital Eisenhüttenstadt, which is located about 30 kilometers south of Frankfurt (Oder), is a standard care hospital with more than 11,000 patients per year. Here, our students gain insights into various medical fields such as Anesthesiology, Intensive Care and Emergency Medicine, Pain Therapy, Internal Medicine, Psychiatry, Psychosomatics and Psychotherapy, Gynecology and Obstetrics, Surgery, Geriatrics, and Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine. The hospital also has 5 day clinics in Eisenhüttenstadt and at surrounding locations, where patients receive surgical, geriatric and psychiatric care. Thus, students here have the opportunity to get to know a wide range of medical departments and gain insights into practice.
