UMFST-UMCH Days – Teaching Hospital Fair

On the afternoon of April 29, 2022, a Teaching Hospital Fair was held for the UMFST-UMCH students. They took the opportunity to obtain in-depth information from representatives of the UMFST-UMCH Teaching Hospitals about the mandatory teaching hospital stays that are completed during their medical studies at UMFST-UMCH starting in the third year. Among other things, they had the opportunity to find out what each teaching hospital has to offer beyond just bedside teaching.

On the one hand, the fair consisted of short, 15-minute presentations, the so-called Med Talks, in which representatives of the individual UMFST-UMCH Teaching Hospitals presented the most important facts about training at the hospital. On the other hand, they also hosted individual booths where students could interact with them in person. This ideal opportunity to get to know each other resulted in lively discussions between all participants.

Following the official part of the fair, attendees had the opportunity to network further in the UMCH Lounge while enjoying a casual atmosphere, finger food and drinks.
