Against the backdrop of the current war in Ukraine, the German Red Cross has received a request from the German government to increase blood reserves. Therefore, we are particularly proud that the large-scale blood donation campaign of the German Red Cross in the lounge of the UMFST-UMCH Campus in Hamburg on March 3, 2022 yielded numerous donations, about half of which came from first-time donors.
